SERVICES PROVIDED BY EC CREDIT CONTROL INCLUDE:-
Whether a client has issues with customers paying consumer or commercial debts, we can provide and collection process which is robust, proactive and effective. For the SME market we use a voucher based collection system where the client has a $50+gst loading fee. Commission is charged on successful collection (vouchers are sold in books of 10 with no expiry date). This pricing gives the client a transparent view with the knowledge that worst case scenario, if we did not collect the debt, would be a $50.00+gst cost. It is our goal to have a result within 31 days of the debt being loaded. Clients are provided with a FREE interactive website for loading debts and reviewing progress once debts are loaded.
TERMS OF TRADE
This is an area where we will tailor make terms of trade for clients to ensure they are given protection when doing business with their customers. Important clauses include – Default and Consequences, Privacy (allows credit checking), Price and Payment, PPSR, Cancellation to name a few. We also include Credit Application Forms, Quotation and Variation Forms, Personal Guarantee Forms plus many more to support clients. Costs vary as is determined by what the client requires.
Through our business partners, Veda, we can provide full credit bureau facilities (individuals and companies) for clients as well as clients being able to load defaults against customers with small debts (i.e. don’t wish to load with a collection agency) and placing alerts/monitors against their clients. Clients must have Terms of Trade in place to allow this service.
PERSONAL PROPERTIES SECURITIES ACT (PPSR)
Our team is fully aware of all legislative requirements covering the Personal Properties Securities Act (PPSA) as we have been dealing with PPSA in NZ since 2002. We have the expertise to assist so you have the knowledge that your registration (PPSR) is correct and most importantly, valid.
A full human resources package is offered which provides clients with customized Employment Agreements, how to recruit staff, how to terminate staff and Health and Safety policies.
WEBSITE DESIGN AND HOSTING
To ensure your business is being recognized by potential new customers, you must have a web presence where you can promote what you have to offer. Most people search for suppliers by using goggle search rather than the old fashion way of Yellow Pages. If you do not have a web presence then you could be missing out of valuable new business.
